This is just something that I thought was kind of odd, it something that I noticed while reading the books and Rping on the different boards. Each of the four houses have certain characteristics that place them at different points in the 'war' that is going on in the wizarding world.
For example Slytherins have a tendency to have a leaning towards Lord Voldemort's side and they all become Death Eaters. Whereas Ravenclaws seem to either go over to the Dark side or remain neutral, they probably remain neutral because they will side with winning side later on after the war has ended and they are forced to pick between one or the other. Hufflepuffs are always neutral and seem to resist picking a side or picking one side over the other, or just don't want a part in the war. All the Gryffindors want either no part in the war or else they all want to play hero and go out and win the thing all by themselves.
Either way I find the whole idea very amusing, and the fact that it only aids in taking from the time that I should be studying for my massive History test helps me too.

Yeah, I think that it's something that's going to happen in book 7 when it comes out. I don't think that Hogwarts is going to run as smoothly after what happened in book 6, so a lot of students will be forced to take sides, or not.

Yeah, I think that number 7 will be revolutionary and all the students will be forced to pick a side, and neutrality will be frowned upon.
