Nagraj Baalaraju Arindam Aseelah.
NICKNAME:
Khan Aseelah. (Self-proclaimed title.) Outside of Asia, he goes by the name of Angelus. This is a business name he uses when people summons him to strike deals with him. Despite his second nick-name being internationally famous, few if anyone know that Nagraj belong to it. Usually, people do not know who he is when they first see him, although most will recognize both names as they are both famous, if not for different reasons. Nagraj Khan as the fearsome Warlock and member of the International Confederation of Wizards, Indian Seats, and Angelus, the guardian angel that comes when people are in need and help them, "for a price".

The Khan of the Aseelah Clan goes out of his way to make himself appear different from most of his fellow wizards, and are thus always dressed in extravagant clothing, often long, majestic robes in dark colors, and in spite of the fact that they bears the unmistakable markings of Indian designs, the attire combined with his cold, collected demeanor often leaves a feeling of mystery about him. As an sort of impressive, elegant touch, the shoulders of his outer robes tends to be pointed and are always connected to a long, billowing black cape with a blood red interior.

• Power: Where ever he can gain influence and and benefits that he can use to work as a freelance 'trader'. If he have the opportunity to gain power within governmental areas without risking his neck, he will also do everything he can to obtain it, even if he have to hurt or kill for it. In short, he respects only power, wealth and tresure and disregards any notion between good or evil.
  
• Wealth: Being wealthy is part of what makes him feel superior. The wealthier he is, the happier he is.
  
• Fear: Many is wary of him when they hear his Indian name because he often is recognized as considerably powerful and talented, while the family history makes it obvious he is likely to be a danger to them and their loved ones. He thinks of fear as equivalent to respect. 
  
• Magical Artefacts: He is fascinated by ancient History of Magic. The stories behind ancient, mythical and unusual magical objects and artifacts intrigues him, so he collects them. Should they be damaged or otherwise magically useless, he would pounce on them for symbolic reasons. How far he will go to achieve success story will depend on the object's magical story.
  
• Dramatics: He finds it fascinating with dilemmas. Ever since 1978, he have kept an eye with Great Britain and observed the First and Second Wizarding Wars, as well as the Campaign ran by the Ministry of Magic to discredit Albus Dumbledore and Harry Potter with amusement, speculating and made theories of how Voldemort would die, because he was sure Dumbledore would win over Voldemort, even in death, although he admitted to himself that he doubted that the Potter boy would manage to overpower Voldemort. He watches other peoples suffering with indifference and amusement, and is more interested in guessing on the results of such major conflicts than making an effort to end them himself. However, had he been summoned to aid anyone in a war, he would have done so, regardless of which side, for the right price. 
  
• Knowledge Learning: As an academically strong student in his time, he likes to learn more about magic whenever and wherever he can. 
  

DISLIKES:

• Love: He strongly dislikes any indication that love is the most powerful form of magic that exists. He is not completely unable to feel unconditional love, but every time he gets close enough to anyone on a personal level to love and experience being loved back, he pulls away and cut all ties with the person because he thinks, regardless of what they say, that no one can love a man as cold and cynical as him. He got little to no affection of his parents, who both agreed to reproduced solely for maintaining the family name. He is so convinced of his own supposed inability to be loved that he even uses his own slogan on himself, as to justifying that his abilities is, while nothing like the likes of Albus Dumbledore, greater than most people one meet on the street. (Equaled to Alastor Moody at his peak). 
  
• Betrayal: When one has made a deal with Angelus, there's no turning back. In some cases, the person who summoned Nagraj will be required to sign a binding magical contract to seal the deal. But should the deal go through a handshake, and you are magically bound to carry out the agreement, making a wise to proceed with caution. It is not wise to break or go back on an agreement with Nagraj Asleeah​​.
  
• Failure: He is if possible even less enthusiastic about people who fail to keep their end of the deal than for those who break it. If that happens, or when, it will have happened before, people risk being hurt.
  
• Inferiority: He dislikes any wizard or witch who is obvious of greater talent than him.
  
• Losing: If one of his plans to get his hands on a certain artifact goes back on himself and fails. He hate it, for obvious reason, and it will become a drive to get the said object.

PERSONALITY:
Behind a barely expressive face, there is quite a lot going on in his mind. However reasonable he is in conversation, he is certainly unreasonable in all other aspects of his life. To him, the world is nothing but a good business opportunity, and he have used his wealth and power to be granted advantages used in such bargains, such as shops and the likes, in order to court riches and power from others later. He also takes great joy in seeing the suffering of others. While he rarely inflict pain himself, he will more often than not cause suffering through his business arrangements. Nagraj is one of the greatest deceivers of the time, and whenever the criteria for a deal is made, things are rarely what they seem. If you found yourself in a deal with Angelus, your luck has just run out. The deal are secretly always designed in written from so that they may invariably end up disadvantaging the “customer”. Magic always comes at a cost, and everyone foolish or desperate enough to make a deal with him finds this out the hard way, while Nagraj himself gains ownership of more gold, more treasure and more fascinating magical assets for his collection. However, he is not stupid. The only thing one can expect of him is that he never will use magic to to truly break the International Statue of Secrecy, because the price is to high. Therefore, when he uses magic in front of Muggles, he always makes sure they 'know' he is the only wizard in existence, keeping his kind safe from discovery by their Non-Magical brothers and sisters.
 
A weakness of his is that he can not be trusted with anything else due to the fact that he is likely to accept one offer, but then trade it for another one if the enemy of the first part makes him a better one. He could in theory have been hired by the Ministry to curse Lord Voldemort, who in theory could have sent out people to pay him more to go back and curse the Ministry instead, and he would have. Being a master in the art of deception, intelligent, cunning and above all resourceful, Nagraj Asleeah is one devil you should not face without cautions. Because should you ever strike a deal with the devil, know that he always comes to collect.

HISTORY:
Nagraj Baalaraju Arindam Aseelah was born within the realm of Tamiḻarkaḷ. The Tamil People, in South India. He was born into the mighty Aseelah Clan, arguably one of the oldest and wealthiest pure-blooded wizarding families in the world after Hilda of Woodcroft, a witch, was banished by King Arthur's Court after Merlin himself discovered she had attempted to poison their monarch on the orders of Morgan Le Fay after taking on a job as a servant in his castle. When she was forced to leave the country, Merlin assured her safe passage. The banishment was just punishment in part. The main reason was to save her from Morgana's wrath due to her failure to the Dark Sorceress. Hilda, fearing the Mistress of Darkness would follow and punish her, she fled to a distant land in Asia, where she changed her name to Adelia Aseelah, (Also known as Kahn Aseelah) and at some point fell in love and with time awaited children, and her family have been courting richness and power from those around them ever since.

As he grew up, Nagraj learned that his very existence had been considered a reason for concern by the Asian wizarding society since the day he came to this world. The Aseelah Clan were legendary for both their savage villainy and their great heroism. Despite the fact that one of Nagraj's uncles served as leading participator in the fight against the feared Gellert Grindelwald during the Global Wizarding War, many members of his family throughout the History of Magic lived to be the most fearsome and evil Dark Sorcerers in Asian Wizardry. Many feared that Nagraj too would end up as a Dark Wizard, and by the time he turned eleven, all the Asian wizarding schools were wary of accepting him into their halls of wisdom, for rumors about the child's ability to speak the tongue of the serpents had become a much talked about subject by the time the boy turned six years old. For this reason, while still living in India, Nagraj spent much time outside of its boarders while attending Durmstrang Institute in Europe. He quickly embraced the strength-obsessed and Darkness-flavored school culture. As a Durmstrang student, he was taught that the Dark Arts are nothing but a powerful and mysterious tool for a strong-willed young wizard to use to achieve his ends. Because of this philosophy on the subject, Nagraj never became adequately convinced of their tendency to lead down a dark path of moral deterioration and developed a talent and passion for the Dark Arts from a young age. He became devoted to experimenting with this newly found power, with so dreadfully twisted results that it almost the point where it almost cost several of his fellow students life, and he was expelled.

When he failed to locate the resting place where the mortal remains of the first known Dark Wizard in the History of Magic was lying, he returned to India with a pet native to country he had just left. A particularly large and aggressive Runspoore, now named Nāga, which he had forced into subjection by his power to speak Parseltongue. Keenly interested in history, lore, and the power of magical artifacts, Nagraj have spent the past thirty one years secretly violating the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy by offering his magical services to both witches and wizards as well as Muggles. Bearing the knowledge that magic only solves as many problems as it causes, he offers to use his abilities and skills, as well as wealth, to help people in need under the slogan: "All magic comes with a price". Throughout his life, he have secretly been summoned by countless people, both wizards and Muggles alike, to aid them in difficult situations in exchange for gold and magical treasures. He have also bought several magical shops in both Asia and Europe to ensure almost unlimited supply of all manner of potions, spellbooks and other hard-to-come-by magical objects for this purpose.

Nagraj Aseelah was not satisfied that the Second Wizarding War had ended with Lord Voldemort's untimely demise. Not because he necessarily ever had an ambition of joining the Death Eaters, but rather out of self-interest. During the Second Wizarding War, and partly also the first, lived many wizarding communities for fear that the reign of terror of the Dark Lord would spread all over the world. The testimony of the chaos and panic that followed when the British Ministry of Magic announced the return of the most powerful black magician and hundreds and hundreds of years, was extremely evident in Northern Europe. When the Second Wizarding War were still going on in Great Britain, the brilliant minds leading the magical governments of the Nordic countries began to go to extreme lengths to protect their own domains, to the point where the various Ministries began to suspect that their neighbors secretly conspired against them and had allied with Lord Voldemort. When it became clear that the suspicions and resentment different countries had for each other almost started another wizarding war between them, the International Confederation of Wizards took action. The Ministers of the magical governments of Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Iceland were summoned to attend a meeting along with their heads of the different Ministries' Departments of Magical Law Enforcement and Departments of International Magical Cooperation, who met up to solve the problems. After hours of discussion, consultation and processing of sensitive information, they decided that they would unite to prepare for the inevitable encounter with the dark forces. Thus, the Nordic Council of United Wizarding Administration was established as a means of keeping any single nation from exerting its own will over each another. The Council is a assembly consisting of five members, each the Minister for Magic in the country they represents within the Council. Although the different Ministries of Magic functions like they have always done, all major decisions and arrangements in terms of Magical Foreign Affairs is taken by the Council. They even united their resources to the Nordic Assembly of Aurors to more effectively fight the dark forces.

His sources told him that it was a wasted collection of magical objects of great historical significance there, and he could not let it go by. Everything came at a price, and he was indeed willing to pay whatever the cost to add these legendary artifacts to his collections. But where would the journey take him first? Then it hit him.
