Gin's eyes always seem to be squinted so you rarely see his eyes. But under his eyelids his eyes are a dark brown color.

Gin always has a smile spread across his face. The only times that smile seems to go away is for three reason. If he is annoyed or he is mad or if he is confused. Other wise he is always smiling no matter what.

Gin's parents often fought allot before he was born. About things that did not make allot of sense. When Gin's mother found out she was pregnant she kept it from her husband. After the months went on her husband finally began to notice. So they got into fights on why Mrs. Maru was getting fact. She eventually told him the truth when she went into labor. After Gin was born on the ninth of February his father left .A week later he sent the divorce papers to Mrs. Maru in the mail.

When Gin was only five years old his mother started dating again. So she would leave Gin at his grandmothers home. While she went out with different kinds of men. When Gin was six she finally settled on one guy and went out with him for a while. Also that year Gin began taking signing lessons. Over the years Gin started in school musicals and hopes to do it for a living.

In his first years at hogwarts he was a big loner. He kept to himself and barely talked to anyone. As the years went on he became known as the kid who always smiled. When his confidence was up and he starting his favorite pass time of messes with people's minds. In his fifth year he came across a you third year. Gin decided to play around with the kid and see if he could break him. He ended up making the kid cry. He felt bad so he hugged the boy and received an awkward hug back from the boy. it was at that moment that Gin found out that he was Bi. Later on when they were just realizing their feelings for each other the friend was forced to transfer school. Therefore the two of them were forced to become pen pals.
