The rumors are true. Hogwarts has been reopened by professor McGonagall. With New headmistress new rules has been made, new professors teach in school.
The Order of the phoenix takes no action against the war, beacause the phoenix, called Fawkes, still haven't chosen the leader. Fawkes, who is missing and greiving(sp?) over Dumbledore's death, should return any time soon. that's what the members are hoping.
Harry Potter, along with his best friends has returned to the school, just beacause it gives him the ability to find out more about horcruxes and it wouldn't make Dark Lord suspicious.
No one knows what Dark Lord plans, who is his next victim. everyone are in great danger, fear overhelms the wizarding world, while the Ministry is useless and helpless.
