Alright, you are an old member, and its great that you've been bringing your characters back. However, there are a few things I would like to see you change and add to.
Right now, the other characters you have listed are inactive. You have re-applied as them, yet you have made no in-character posts. Before this application is accepted, I would like you to post with at least two of them. :3
Now, moving on to the actual application. I like how you included the Prisoner of Azkaban scene as part of your history. However, your name makes being a werewolf awfully confusing. If you could, I would like you to either change it or come up with a really good reason for keeping it. And you will have to apply in the Haunted Hollow to officially become a DE. X3
Also, your wand core. Please keep it to a core mentioned in the HP books. Your character is part of the Death Eaters. Maybe runespoor fang or dragon heartstring? I can understand the allure of an odd wand core, but it makes it easier to relate your wand to your character if you stick to the "normal" cores. Remember, the wand chooses the wizard. 
And one last thing. I'd like to see a little bit more history. Talk more about her childhood and her first years at Hogwarts, and give a little bit of insight as to what she was up to from the age of eighteen to the present. :3
Its a good character with a lot of potential. I just want to see you push that through. :3
